Delivery Charges
For UK deliveries we have included all delivery charges in the total price published for each product on our website.
It has not been possible to maintain this with deliveries to destinations outside the UK, where higher extra delivery charges apply. When purchasing a product please choose the appropriate Buy Now button according to your destination address.

Delivery Methods
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
International delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard delivery. All parcels are fully insured.

Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been processed and payment cleared we will aim to dispatch next day.

Once UK orders have been dispatched, they will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
International orders generally take 7-10 working days.

When the item arrives, if nobody is there to receive the item, Royal Mail will leave instructions on how to proceed.

eCheque Payments will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared
